Explaining The Thought Process of Goal Developing [Learning how to learn, how we live and learn] - how human beings work, basically.
The Thought Process of the Goal Development practiced by Human Beings
aka. what you are doing this very moment, living is the very act of the developing, setting, pursuing said set goals; Can either be short-term (judgmental mindset) or long-term (science mindset)
How you learn is basically how you set your goals and live.
Goal: To Identify the formulation of thoughts and the emotional attachments to it.
To truly understand means to understand how the formula was derived.
All thoughts formulated by us is a goal; We reached the conclusion; That's a part of the thought process.
In order to understand science thought process, you must understand yourself
Introduction: Since we are limited human beings with limited (theoretical) abilities, we have a limited ways to gain new pieces of information, all gained thru the variables used to formulate how human beings work - thru senses.
Key phrase learned: how a variable are stored in the head like a computer
Goals are developed over time, since we constantly live and gain new information, that's the body actively considering new pieces of information, thus learning new things via senses sensed/felt. The content of the emotional attachment to new variables are being constantly assigned. How information affects you creates feelings, feelings are the truth.
Since we learn from practice and repetition, we constantly gain new information, which is the very experience of practicing repetition, aka. being alive and being able to see said information. - human nature learning note: this is why kids want to learn and are scared if they aren't allowed to.
You are calm now only because you are constantly gaining the repeated information that you are fine (human nature limit) and security isn't virtually being jeopardized or physically being jeopardized.
A bit of inspiring information about us, as human beings: We constantly gain new pieces of information by the second, as we experience, we constantly get older, with each new piece of information we gain we apply our own biases (aka. attitudes) based in the moment and motivation for interpretation, especially if the information is gained via verbatim.
How we learn (whilst staying alive, as a mental limit, goal; Not just as a subconscious "I-don't-care type of limit - no variable assigned), typically:
The way we interpret things is practiced and conditioned by repetition of similar experiences as interpreted.
For example, constantly hearing someone say words and practicing morals to prevent yourself from deriving another 'violent' thought, you learn to be submissive towards it and listen to the content of what they have to say, actively ignoring the consideration for interpreting the how it's gained because of social stigma, aka. pressure.
This is usually only done at the expense of some form of jeopardizing security and fear-mongering, thus leading to the adoption of propagated opinionated judgments (what I like to call narrow-minded judgements) via pressuring abusing the practice of morals and trust all done for the sake of survival (note: this is a human being nature limit).
(Usually,) You are then taught next that however you interpreted was fine via another source [talking about other situation (once that you've experienced) rather than current situation fallacy], and said thoughts should be kept and practiced as interpreted via verbatim moral ideal gaslighting phrase abuse as you are pressured to assign said morals a new value, not because of the ideas, rather because of how it was gained, this is what the emotional attachment is (ex. death penalty). The point of this is to prevent you from reaching the conclusion that you should want to kill someone because you will be considering that you will, too, if caught die as well.
PRO TIP: Don't adopt the same mindset you've been in said experience because you are scared (this is human nature), even though you learn from repetition of surroundings as you live an experience it constantly. Because you consider all of the information, weather or not you go there for a purpose for attaining certain information [ex. plan to go to principal for getting GED letters after leaning from history and being ignorant to certain events] (aka. experience event, not manipulate ideally), or not, you subconsciously consider the demeanor and tone they use to communicate with your limits, don't be ideally manipulated [refer situational fallacy, events and ideal system post(s)].
PRO TIP: Observe the ignorance being practiced by people, don't be a part of the situational ignorance. Treat them like a science experiment, not a play you're acting in.
The reason why you stay to listen is because you are ignorant to the pragmatically applied plan and ideal system, you are being forced to directly evaluate something because of survival and are being pressured by what you perceived to be as the scary punisher. It's an example of a confirmation bias.
For example, like a kid being hit, then later being told by the very person that they were hit by that it's okay that they got hit via verbatim; This is an example of imposing a variable ideal manipulation and experience gaslighting indoctrination (experience bias, since we constantly gain new information over time, and that information at that specific time attacked you, creating feelings)
For example, being pulled by friend and saying "we've got to to and I have no time to explain," this is an example of human being limits of nature in action by being pressured because you trust him, he is using situational bias and is abusing morals that you are practicing via senses practiced to his advantage as you consider those informations for goal via senses felt because it creates pressure interpreting it as such.
You always do what you (think you) can because of human limits scaring and mental limits and experience bias.
Mis-categorizing thoughts by going too fast is the same thing as misplacing feelings; Basically, you must apply the formula in order to understand, or else you're drowning in the feelings of non-sense and are being dramatic.
Event/experience variables (the limits, the formula used to evaluate experience):
Your senses (refer brain and universe the same) is the way you gain information. Your limits being practiced. This is why we must understand ourselves to learn more:
Eyes - to see [1]
Ears - to hear [2]
Nose - to touch [3]
Mouth - to taste [4]
Body - to feel [5]
Brain - processes (action that requires the passage of time) that information senses (refer above to identify how said information is processes)
Examples of Short-Term Goal-Setting:
Usually, these are opinionated judgements. This thought process is the same logic as doing drugs physically, except this one is done mentally.
Examples of Long-Term Goal-Setting
These can either be formula used to set goals using the variables and substituting said content (experience), or the very application of science - the unbiased way of thinking.
Thought Processes Ideal Verbal Expression:
Refer The parts of the thought process (formula) post.
Emotional Attachment Formula {The "why" something is being done, the motivation of said action} [aka. the variable in head, not even the 'word' rather how it's stored in the head, how did our parents get us to understand language, thru propaganda pressure or thru ethical repetition] (the why, the real, scientific reason, the motivation for doing something) = how said information is gained (via the experience) which includes when specifically you experienced it (because YOLO, and human aging bias) and how the information gained physically affected you (ex. stabbed in the back, or wind brushed against face; Refer human being threat level bias in how human beings work simple neuroscience) is what creates the feelings felt.
Proof: https://qz.com/769400/dogs-understand-tone-of-voice/; This measures the level of threat. Also realize and consider the fact that only a limited amount of information can be gained at one particular time, and YOLO.
Identification of surroundings is the identification of feelings, the variable. The variable is created via experience, it considers all of the surroundings, and puts emphasis and focus based on pressure, implying ignorance.

Other helpful notes:
everything you do is learned, so you learned human nature and the social constructs (type of variables) they practice and follow, this takes time - this is why some animals don't have time to learn, rather get shot dead and die, because they were not fast enough.
repetition - once one thing goes wrong, all goes wrong because of repetition over time.
if you find yourself confused, ask yourself how did i learn to be confused, you'll then identify the fact that it was a flawed curriculum being taught with no plan.
if you are confused, just use the how human beings work formula, substitute information in head, then move on to set goals.
don't explain the content of the idea you sensed, explain how you sensed it: the specific time period, and specifically how gaining the information affected your physical body, which is what motivates you.
you aren't taught what sources are accurate and what are not because that would be a contradiction, this is why it's all up to you to derive thoughts.
scientists are the truly independent person; by someone saying be independent they are contradicting themselves, you already are from birth.
all words explained is a classifying the variable of state of mind and thought process.
Don't be wary, it's all practicing this thought process formula, we are a formula, we have mental limits.
Goal is stored as feelings, I am trying to map out those specific feelings.
If confused, look at the plan of how you gained said information. Like school curriculum, don't be like Fox News abusing morals and spewing out random information, classifying it as gaslighting, don't be clueless as to what's happening to you and only consider the information directly, rather be open-minded and curious mindset, don't be bigoted and opinionated.
We develop goals constantly, living life is the art of developing goals
Your surroundings control your thoughts, don't feel guilty.
You do everything because you are manipulated over time into wanting it, this is called salesmen bias - even when you say no they shove the product in your face, gaining, communicating, interpreting, that piece of information as such via said experience.
Be aware of mental thought process scientifically, this is called being aware thought process, practicing science.
Understand real reason why you think that so that you can unlearn the bad thoughts. You can't reset without identifying the reset 'button.'
I am observing human limits' behavior. Remember they all derived from some type of mental limits being practiced or is genuinely a human limit being threatened as learned it was bad.
recalling variables is an example of a human limit.
Nobody teaches you this because 1) it's a contradiction if you don't realize yourself and do it and 2) it's literally impossible
'reminds me' phrase
the formula applied to interpret experience formula used on repetition patters and identifying formula is how it affects human beings pov, not how it affects another animal pov, they will used a different formula to calculate because they have different than human body.
