The 5 w's and 1 h formula.


These are the words used to describe the formula of the thought process, not the content of the thought process.

How - thought process in and of itself used. If you every wanted to find out why (cause) something occurred, just apply the formula, the how is the formula.
What/Who - explains the contents of the thought process.
When - explains the length the thought process takes to execute. refer human limits.
Where - explains the contents of the thought process.
Why - explains the emotional attachment of the consideration of the acts of doing said actions.

If your state of mind is being confused, ask yourself "What question does it answer?"
What does this information classify as? A noun (variable), verb (action, formula, the "how"), adjective (human bias, identification using human beings' 5 senses), others are useless.

Note: If you cannot calculate this, then you are going too fast and oversimplifying words, which is a form of a loaded word.
