How to be calm
- Prepare by planning
- By planning you are expecting, by expecting you are calculating likelihood of something happening based on set variables implying that free will isn't real, but making a choice based on calculated consequence and pro-sequence
- Planning is regulating all of the likely possibilies, instead of walking into a place like a deer in headlights, you will be knowing what to look for.
- Look into your everyday life and observed how you set and pursue goals - are you organized in your thinking fashion where you set a specific time to think about planning or are you disorganized and procastinate until last second to plan? I like to suggest myself to create a completely new Google document on the subject and task at hand and organize categories of steps I can take to address it. That's what I've been doing with this job and what not.
- Knowing what to look for by learning how to learn, instead of being a complainer, be a leader that way you can know what to do in lieu of.
