How to correct mistakes - stop stigmatizing mistakes
What are mistakes?
Mistakes are actions that should change in accordance with the goals in order to adapt to the enviornment.
The process of making and changing according to the mistakes made is called, changing goals or changing the plan for the goal.
Without first defining what a mistake is, we cannot understand how we can address this. It is a complex mental process that needs to involve clear thinking, even if the thinking process is unclear at the time of making the mistake, it needs to be clear that the thinking process was unclear, or else how would to know what to change about the thinking process.
Nurturing a learning enviornment where people can learn from their mistakes and understand why they made one and why it should change in accordance with how things work and what goals they should pursue.
How to address correcting mistakes?
First of all, stigmatizing a mistake by judging someone instead of being sympathetic is the first mistake. By judging and concluding and calling people names like stupid and immoral, the actual variable that needs changing is not being addressed - such as lack of knowledge of how things work - which will in turn lead to the mistake happening again.
