We are constantly changing

 Nothing is a pattern or a routine. Humans are constantly evolving, albeit a very slow pace, almost something undectable, but inevitable. I believe in 100 trillion years from now, humans will look very different, given that we still exist. We may have a tail, the ability to fly, teleport, shape-shift and anything beyond the limits of our imagination.
